Check-In & Check-Out

To ensure smooth operations and guest comfort, Hotel Manimesh Valley Retreat follows standard check-in and check-out timings.

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges
• Late departures without approval may be charged for an extra night

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review cancellation terms carefully before confirming reservations.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment and may take several business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave responsible and respectfully during their stay at Hotel Manimesh Valley Retreat. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or damages hotel property will not be tolerated.

The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

Use of Hotel Facilities

All hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, fitness center, and dining areas, are intended for registered guests unless stated otherwise.

Guests must follow safety guidelines and posted rules while using hotel amenities. Hotel Manimesh Valley Retreat shall not be held responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

Liability & Limitation

Hotel Manimesh Valley Retreat is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless deposited with hotel management for safekeeping.

The hotel shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
